Empezamos el día con un taller de maniobras de reanimación de primeros auxilios impartida por Marisa, trabajadora de la Cruz Roja. En la biblioteca del IES Miguel de Cervantes se impartió esta actividad, que sirvió a todos los estudiantes a tener conciencia de cuando una persona puede estar en situación de peligro y actuar en consecuencia.
Aunque la idea incial era hacer maniobras de reanimación a un muñeco, y poder todos practicar sobre él, la situación COVID actual no ha permitido utilizarlo.
Ya terminada la actividad, rellenamos una encuesta de evaluación de la misma, descansamos con un cafe y unos productos típicos de Madrid (tortilla española, pan tumaca, embutido, queso y fruta) y nos vamos al Aula de los alumnos del Programa Profesional de Modalidad Especial a hacer los talleres de encuadernación y plastificado de documentos.
El taller lo hicimos muy rápido para no perder el autobus a la escuela de Hosteleria y Turismo, pero aqui os dejo un video en que se explica parte del contenido del taller
Cada alumno se llevó su libreta y su foto plastificado junto con un diploma de haber realizado el taller.
Nos vamos a visitar la escuela de Hosteleria y Turismo "Simone y Ortega"
ESCUELA DE HOSTELERÍA Y TURISMO SISMONE ORTEGA
Visita guiada a la escuela de Hostelería y Turismo. Los propios alumnos de formación profesional del instituto nos hacen una visita guiada por la instalaciones de la escuela, enseñándonos las distintas cocinas para dulce y salado, los hornos, la sala de café y cócteles, las salas de emplatado y la zona de turismo, donde nos enseñan la recepción
las habitaciones con distintos tipos de suelos y enseres para practicar su limpieza,
el baño
la lavandería y los distintos salones en los que sirven las comidas todos los días que hacen ellos mismos.
Ya terminada la visita, nos vamos al salón principal a comer, donde ya nos tienen preparadas las mesas

I liked how Marisa, the Red Cross worker, explained the CPR maneuver. It was understood very well
ResponderEliminarThe visit to the Simone Ortega School of Tourism was very nice, and the food was very good and tasty. Also the classes of the first aid resuscitation maneuvers workshop called CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) seemed very interesting to me. It was a great day!
